Privacy Policy
Last updated 19 June 2026
Ramper Pty Ltd (“Ramper”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) builds software for sports organizations. We care about your privacy and we keep the data we collect to an absolute minimum. This policy explains what we collect through our website at rampersports.com (the “Site”), why, and the choices you have.
The short version
We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising or third-party tracking, and we do not build profiles about you. The only personal information we ask for is the email address you choose to give us when you request early access.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit the early-access form, we collect the email addressyou enter. Providing it is entirely voluntary — you can browse the rest of the Site without giving us any personal information.
Information collected automatically
To deliver, secure, and prevent abuse of the early-access form, our infrastructure records a small amount of technical metadata alongside each submission: the date and time, the page you came from, your browser’s user-agent string, and the originating IP address. We use this solely for security and anti-spam purposes, not to identify or track you. Like most websites, our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs for operational and security reasons.
2. How we use your information
- To contact you about early access to Ramper and to keep you updated on our launch.
- To respond to enquiries you send us.
- To protect the Site against spam, fraud, and abuse.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
We will not use your email address for unrelated marketing or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
3. Legal bases for processing
Where data-protection laws such as the EU/UK GDPR apply, we process your email on the basis of your consent (which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time), and we process technical metadata on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the Site secure.
4. How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate the early-access list, and only to the extent needed to provide their service:
- Hosting & data storage — to run the Site and store the early-access list.
- Email delivery — to send and receive early-access correspondence.
These providers act on our instructions under their own privacy and security commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
5. Data retention
We keep your email address for as long as you remain on the early-access list or until you ask us to remove it. Technical metadata is retained only as long as needed for security and operational purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
6. Data security
We use reputable providers and reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to limit what we hold in the first place.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these — including having your email removed from the early-access list — just email us at the address below and we’ll take care of it.
8. Cookies & tracking
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking technologies on the Site. Some page content (such as images and fonts) may be served from third parties, which can receive your IP address as a normal part of delivering that content.
9. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for a general, business audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. International users
We operate from Australia and use service providers that may process data in other countries. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with this policy and applicable law.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Site.
